YOUR ROLE

This Reporting Analyst role will work within a small high-performance marketing team to help report on and drive the growth of ecommerce sales across the Bunzl Australia and New Zealand (BANZ) business. You will work with the Head of Marketing and eCommerce and the Digital Marketing Manager, and be responsible for identifying requirements, gathering and analysing data to guide the organisation’s decision making and improve performance. You will also manage relationships with multiple stakeholders. Aligning reports to business objectives and key performance indicators.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Drive the growth of ecommerce sales for BANZ business by moving existing customers to ecommerce and building ecommerce engagement potential, working with ANZ stakeholders.
• Deliver significant and action-oriented analyses and recommendations to stakeholders, providing insights from customer data analysis to help drive decision-making.
• Assist Digital Marketing Manager in driving the best customer experience on digital platforms for campaign conversion and assist with websites as required.
• Ensure delivery of regular reports on time and without error, efficiently extracting relevant data, and sharing your findings using impactful data visualizations and efficient communication.
• Knowledge sharing with ANZ stakeholders to drive digital trading.
• Audit and action all trademark and watermark requirements for Bunzl ANZ.
• Establish, maintain, and compile procedures to ensure they are accurate and current.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business or a related degree program.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar B2B Wholesale environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.
• Strong business sense to enable the provision of recommendations for future tactics, seeking to increase sales volume.
• Competency in SQL, Excel, and consolidation reports, with the ability to extract data from large databases using SQL to develop data queries and extract data.
• Excellent Excel and reporting skills, with a clear ability to present accurate results to stakeholders.
• Able to qualify and analyze complex data sets and take the initiative.
• Excellent communication skills in providing recommendations for future tactics, seeking to increase sales volume.
• Aware of the importance of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics.
